About the International Clown Festival

The International Clown Festival (ICF) is India's premier celebration of world-class family entertainment, bringing together award-winning clowns and visual comedy artists from around the globe. Founded in 2010, the festival was created with a simple yet powerful vision—to introduce India to the finest traditions of international clowning and remind audiences that laughter is a universal language.

For over 15 years, ICF has delighted families with unforgettable performances that combine comedy, music, juggling, acrobatics, circus skills and interactive audience participation. Every show is designed to inspire wonder, spark imagination and create joyful memories for children and adults alike.

Since its inception, the festival has welcomed artists from across the world and presented more than 500 performances in theatres, malls, schools, hotels, festivals and public spaces across India, including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Goa, Mysuru, Mangaluru, Lucknow, Bareilly and Aurangabad.

Beyond the stage, the International Clown Festival is committed to sharing the healing power of laughter with the wider community. Our artists have conducted workshops in clowning, juggling, circus arts and comedy, while also bringing smiles to children in hospitals, supporting young cancer patients and performing for underprivileged and street children across the country.

Each edition of the festival is built around a unique theme that celebrates creativity, kindness and human connection. This year's production, The Search for Lost Laughter, invites families on a heartwarming adventure as a team of extraordinary international clowns embarks on a mission to rediscover the joy that makes us laugh together.
